While we do not want to impose lots of rules, we have to have them for safety reasons.  Please 
read the following before bringing your dog along to K9 Hydro.

We take every care of your dog while it is swimming and also in the maintenance of the water
and equipment. 

Please give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of an appointment or a charge of £15 will
be made.

Please don’t feed your dog for at least two hours before your session, and give your dog
an opportunity to empty its bowels prior to its swim.

*A charge of £20.00 has to be made if a dog defecates in the pool .... as it will be necessary to
vacate the pool for the rest of the day in order to sanitize and clean the pool.

We cannot swim dogs if they have rcently suffered a contagious or infectious condition Please ask
your vet or Gayle at K9 if you are in any doubt about this.

Please keep all dogs on a lead whilst on the premises.

We cannot swim bitches in season

Please wear non-slip footwear in the pool area for safety reasons.
